3. After the welding machine is started, this alarm often appears during the use process. It does not improve after restarting. Check whether the charging box and the discharge box line joints are loose. , The joint will become burnt color).

No laser when stepping on the pedal

1. When stepping on the pedal, there is no laser but the word laser appears, and judge whether the pedal switch is damaged or the connection wire is broken. Or the focal length of the firepower may have been adjusted, and then look at the parameters of current, pulse, and frequency on the motherboard that cannot be 0.

2. Pull off the pedal cord that connects to the main board with the light-lifting bench.

3. Open the laser cover, step on the foot pedal, the light flashes but no laser light comes out, and judge whether the lens on both sides of the lower lamp tube is broken.

4. Step on the foot pedal and display the word “laser” on the display screen, and the lamp does not flash, you need to contact after-sales personnel to replace the motherboard.

Suddenly tripped during the light out

1. Restart the welding machine, and immediately trip after the start, replace the entire heat sink and drive

2. It is normal after restarting, and occasionally trips, pay attention to whether the power box is ignited, and check for loose connection or abnormal short circuit.

In the process of emitting light, a strong laser (strong spot) appears from time to time

1. Under the working conditions of some large-scale equipment around, such as argon arc welding, etc., connect a 30A three-phase filter in series with the power supply end of the whole machine.

2. The long use of the equipment will cause a certain interference to the leakage current of the cabinet, and the cable or connecting light line will be broken.

3. If the charging box's switching power supply is bad or the motherboard is bad, you need to contact after-sales personnel to replace it.

"The light barrier does not flash" appears

1. The light barrier has been used for a long time and is damaged, just replace it.

2. The exposed pins of the light barrier are in contact with the aluminum block of the output head, causing damage to the light barrier. You must pay attention to the replacement of the light barrier.

3. If the light barrier is often damaged, you need to contact after-sales personnel to replace the switching power supply of the motherboard and charging box.

The self-check of the equipment is normal when the equipment is turned on. During the light emitting period, a "system failure" and "abnormal feedback from the discharge box" will appear.
